At Autotive Engineering and Innovations, we developed and successfully implemented a temperature monitoring system for DC freezers used in vaccine storage. This project was carried out at the Electrical Engineering Laboratory, Delta State University (DELSU), Oleh Campus, Delta State, Nigeria.
The system ensures that vaccines are stored within the recommended temperature range of 3°C to 8°C, preventing spoilage and maintaining their effectiveness. By continuously monitoring the freezer’s internal temperature, it provides a stable and reliable storage environment, making it ideal for medical and research applications.
